Here is a disgusting photo for you - the congealed fat from Tuesday night's roast. The crock pot has since been washed but I thought I'd be super cool and post this picture anyways. And even seeing all this solidified beef fat doesn't kill my need for a huge, juicy steak. Go figure.

I’m a lover and a fighter. I’m extremely curious. I hunger for knowledge, but I’m hopelessly lazy. I have dreams nearly beyond the scope of imagination. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I adore curse words. I’m easy to read, yet amazingly complicated. Next to my daughter, belly laughs are the highlight of my day. I just popped by to say hi and found myself confronted with a color photo of...fat? Congealed FAT?!
I used to be a vegetarian and the last two years have been eating some red meat.
That photo makes me reconsider that plan.

Yeah, uh well...um...I didn't mean to really turn anyone's stomach. I just thought it was kind of gross but interesting too.
Because even though I was totally disgusted with the congealed fat - it did nothing to curb my lust for a steak. I called my mom today (Zig was my witness) and asked her to make sure there was steak there for this weekend!
